No good staff rude. Will not reimburse me for room.
Was talked to rude for your three rd party reservation. Y’all took my money for both rooms would not give but one room then had to buy another room while talk tried to figure it out took 6 hours later had to purchase another room. Head person said they would reimburse me it’s been 10days nothing has been done.
Clean, quiet hotel within walking distance to restaurants.
Clean, quiet and easy to walk to restaurants. If we get back to that area, would love to stay here again. Quaint and cozy.

After driving hrs, was looking for good night rest. Problem Next to I 75 and extremely loud traffic all night.
Our stay was Good.
Hotel was nice. Some construction underway. Had wheelchair accessible room; however, the automatic door opener on the outside did not work and there was no automatic door opener on the inside. strange because on our recent Carnival cruise, there were working door open buttons on the outside and inside.
Was not told Hotel was under total remodeling.
Had stayed here many times over the past 7 years Always great time. However when made the reservation we were not told it was under major renovations. Hotel lobby closed Limited breakfast location with very few seats Large dumpsters in parking area. I totally understand renovations but you should tell people before confirming reservations. We would have stayed 9 miles down the road at the other Hampton. Not worth the $187 we paid Hope for some type of refund.
