Didn't get housekeeping between days of two day stay, so we ran out of towels, wash towels. Iron didn't work, and replacement Iron didn't work either. Breakfast was good.

I only left the hotel and no where else when I realized I left my charger by the window. I remember seeing it and saying I was going to grab it, but I know I didn’t. Called just an hour later and about 12 hrs later. And they said there was no lost items from room 212 in lost and found. Which means staff just grab it when cleaning. I know I’m the one who left it behind. But be honest, and ppl will reach out for their lost things and you didn’t even bother returning it. Kinda sucks!

We checked in the hotel on Oct 17, 2024. The bathroom light over the sink was not working. The bathroom sink was not draining. We automatcally assume that we just need to lift up the stopper in the sink for it work. We went to the front desk to tell them the bathroom light over the sink was not working. The young man working the front desk stated they did not have a maintenance person on duty. He stated that maintenance will be on duty tomorrow morning. He stated he will make a note to inform them. I asked him if they could move us to another room. He stated they could not because they were full. Later on, my husbsnd tried to lift up the stopper that was in the sink. At that time, the sink was half full with water due to us washing our hands. My husband was not successful in doing this. My husband went to the front desk to inform them of the sink. My husband asked them if they had something he could use to lift the stopper. The employee at the front desk stated that they did not have anything. At this point, we decided to check out. If we would have kept using the bathroom sink, it would have over flowed to the floor. I contacted the expedia the next morning for a refund since we checked out the prior day. Expedia contacted the manager at the hotel. The manager blatantly lied and said the employee asked to switch us to another room and we denied it. Therefore, the refund was denied. I am disgusted that a manager would lie about this!!!
