My overall experience was very positive.
My experience started with a nice young lady at the front desk who was very helpful getting me checked and signed up for the Hilton Honors reward program. The room was large and very nice. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was prompt. Later the same young lady at the front desk who helped me check in helped me make additional reservations on the Hilton web site. All and all a very positive experience and I will utilize this hotel in the future.

We were in town for a wedding. We found the hotel to be clean with a delicious breakfast the two mornings we were there. My husband accidentally left a pair of shoes in our room and didn't realize it until we got home which is 4 hours away. Upon calling the hotel, he was able to get help from the staff and they were kind enough to ship the shoes back to us with our prepaid mailing label.

Had to wait at the front desk for a bit when arriving as there was no employee. Once we got our keys they didn’t work. Bathroom drain was stuck in the down position. But stay was still nice. Just minor inconveniences.

Great breakfasts, clean rooms, I felt unsafe walking dogs at night due to coyotes nearby howling away. Limited on food options but it’s a small town. I stayed here to be close to three state parks that the dogs and I hiked at each day.

Zero complaints regarding this property. Everything went smoothly. A wonderful Mexican restaurant within walking distance and many other amenities close by.

Was here to take care of a few things in the area. Was pleased with the property but it is still very new less than 3 years old . However it is the best that that McMinnville TN has to offer and just $10 more than a best western motel. That was the best thing
