Horrible experience never plan to stay again disgusting place first asked for smoke free and got a smoke room that stinks and also the front staff very rude giving me attitude for wanting to check in early. Also piss stains around the toliet what a joke! Lastly cockroaches all over the place.

I loved staying at this hotel and I will certainly return! It was clean , quiet, had decent breakfast buffet, free parking , housekeeping every day and it was conveniently located between The Grand Canyon and Sedona as I was there for a hiking adventure. Thank you!

This is our second time staying at this property in Williams, AZ. It's been a great place for our family. The staff is very friendly and accommodating with small children. It's very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is perfect for families because they have a lot of variety. I also love that they set up whip cream and sprinkles on the waffle bar! They go the extra mile to make it a fun stay for any age.

It’s always first impressions & we arrived a tad late. ‘Greeted’ by a mature gent at the desk, who knew we were stood in front of him at the desk & seemed to ignore us! Possibly engaged on his mobile? When he did choose to address us: I wasn’t too sure if it was us he seemed to be grunting at with a very deep voice!
