Bed was uncomfortable and made my back hurt. We checked out early and was not given credit.
I would definitely NOT recommend staying at your hotel.
Shelf broken, mold in shower,whirl pool not available at good time for me.
I thought I was booking with Hilton, turns out it was Expedia that cost me more money, not happy.

Great Hotel & Location!
We have stayed here several times before. Staff is very excellent and the location on Main Street is excellent, since we parked our vehicle we were able to walk anywhere on or close to Main Street. The Nimitz museum (plan on 6-8 hours to see it all) was an awesome and humbling experience. There are more terrific restaurants within walking distance. We usually meet friends there as it is such a great hotel.

I enjoyed the view and it was close to the restaurant and shops. It was clean and my mother loved that there were handicap bars in the shower. I will stay there again

There was hair in the corner of the shower before we even showered. The bed made an awesome high pitched squeak if you rolled over so during the night we woke up multiple times.

The staff was friendly but when I woke up to a broken sprinkler pipe spraying water in the room, they never apologized. Just said to move down the street to a sister hotel not price comparable. I was having to dry my clothing that was affected by the sprinkler bursting, in the parking lot and throw my belonging on my car in a huge hurry to make a wedding. The next hotel was awful. Bed was caved in and room was dark, dingy and not what I had pre paid for. I would like a full refund as I ended up canceling my stay and moved to another hotel. No one would accommodate my request to move my reservation to the hotel of my choice that had availability . I paid top dollar to have nothing but trouble and no help from the hotels or hotels.com. I will never advise anyone to use this service as I missed time with my family due to this major inconvenience. 940-597-7483 [email protected]
