Less than I’m used to.
Clerk at the front desk never looked me in the eye or thanked me. He was too interested in chatting it up with a female coworker behind the desk who was equally as rude. Also NO COFFEE IN MY ROOM ? Had to go down to the from desk and ask for some coffee packet. I expect much better from Hampton inn.
Good Stay
The overall cleanliness of the room was very good and bathroom amenities were nice. A good stay. Comfortable bed.

The entire staff were cordial and personable. The rooms were very clean each time I stayed. I will continue to stay at this hotel when needed in the future and recommend it to others.

The lack of amenities that we used to get at this Hilton property were glaring. Not up to previous standards.
Extreme booking problem.
After contacting the Hampton in Brunswick trying to add a room to my booking I was repeatedly told she was "too busy" to help me. She eventually just kept putting me on hold and leaving me there. I finally called another "Hampton" number and was able to add another room however it was around $40.00 more! I tried to request adjoining rooms but was unable to communicate with non English speaking agent. At check in I was told my credit card had insufficient funds! Tried again to get adjoining rooms and was ignored. Was given rooms on different floors instead! Brunswick Hampton is easily the worst I've ever used. It ended with Kleenex for napkins at breakfast. General don't care attitude of employees.
