Room and service were excellent!

Comfortable beds, rooms were clean and cozy, staff was awesome.

For some reason I was charged over $300 dollars for a room that was extremely noisy. Apparently everyone knows that highway noise is a problem because the hotel offers noise cancelling devices when you first check in. Why didn’t the hotel disclose that noise was a problem in their advertisement? If I had known about the noise, I would not have chosen this hotel. Also, all the rooms on the top floor were booked because the walls are very thin and it sounds like a herd of elephants stomping around whenever anyone in the room above you moves around. Consequently, everyone requests the top floors. People in the hallway were loud and there were lots of slamming doors. We could not use Netflix because they were having “difficulties” and we were told to “please stand by”. I will never stay here again and I do not recommend this hotel. Btw, the noise cancelling device was not enough to shut out the highway noise.

My daughter and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great every day!

I really enjoyed my stay over Christmas 2023. I had my grandkids and son come and join me for a swim and hot tub experience a couple of times. And The staff was open to my sharing breakfast with my two granddaughters on the day I was leaving. Overall, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely and had nice amenities. Everything looked very updated. I was grateful for the warm welcome. The fresh baked Christmas cookies put out for the guests was a nice touch and they were delicious.

The beds were nice and breakfast was good.

Clean and quiet! Nice stay with my daughter for a day of shopping and dinning. Drove over from Montana! Definitely will book again!

The parking lot was unsecured and has signs posted saying “park at your own risk”. There are no external cameras or security check’s outside the facility.

Nice friendly Staff, well cared for place, Corrected issue with door access quickly, good breakfast options, enjoyable comfortable stay, happy to Stay again.
