Clean, very nice room.
The evening concierge was very friendly yet professional. However, the morning one, (check out) was not at all. Otherwise, a great stay as always.
Karen at the front desk was an absolute gem!
Only disappointment, was the fact that we could not get a shuttle to the airport!
