Our room the carpet was torn up so it was just the padding, the toilet kept running unless you opened the back and fixed the plunger,the heat light in bathroom flickered all the time. If you needed anything you had to find a cleaning lady because they never cleaned our rooms. The breakfast was very good.

Upholstery in dining area was very stained and unsightly. One of the queen beds in room 315 was worn out and sunk in the middle making for an uncomfortable night of sleep. Otherwise clean and friendly staff.

Expedia Group verified review
We booked our room the day of and when we arrived, we were told our reservation had been cancelled. We did not cancel it and they had no rooms available. We had to go 20 miles away to a crap hotel that had an opening. Called Hilton customer service when we got home and were told they likely overbooked and then cancelled our reservation…would have been nice to know that before 11pm when trying to check in. The crazy thing is that they still charged us $420 for 2 nights! Took multiple phone calls to get any money back and even then it wasn’t the full amount.
