Trina, the front desk clerk that checked us in was the absolute best! She exemplified everything you’d want in a staff member. She was informative, helpful, kind, gracious and went the extra step to make our stay even better! The room was excellent and my family loved the outdoor hot tub patio!

Charging $50 for a pet fee is outrageous! We have never paid more than $25. That deters us from ever staying at an Hampton Inn again. Also the bedding is so hot and heavy. It wasn’t until 3:00 am that I found a sheet to sleep under. It was folded down about 4’ from the top of the bed.
