My wife and I always enjoy our stays at this hotel, with its convenient location and generally very good amenities.

Nice place for the stay and well maintained.

The staffing was apparently low so they were unable to cover shifts in the evenings. Only the front desk manager. She was lovely and never said a word against the hotel management/corporation but she was alone for the entire night. No housekeeping or engineering staff available. The card key machine was not working so she had to escort us to our room and mentioned if she was unable to get the card keys made we would have to be escorted for all re-entries. I tried calling customer service at Hilton but they were closed for the holiday (day after Thanksgiving). She was able to get the keys made later the night we checked in. We still had mist everything we needed, the extra pillows requested on my reservation were in the room on arrival! Though minimal towels and only one washcloth for 2 people for 2 nights stay. Desk staff at check in and check out were wonderful.

Good place for us to sleep before visiting Safari West.

It met all expectations

Very spacious suite with a pull out couch. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
