Air conditioning would cycle but never really cooled the room even though the temperature was set to low.
Pillows were way too soft. All pillows were the same. Not everyone likes them soft.

The hotel did not meet the high rating. I was disappointed to see mold around the shower handle, and the the sink handle was broken. That is not a 4 or 5 star hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located and well-kept. The rooms are nice and the common areas are comfortable. Bit expensive... but all in all, I would recommend.
