Wonderful Hotel!
Over the past 15 years, I have stayed at this hotel at least 45 times, and it never disappoints. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, and the hotel is centrally located in Frederick.
Hotel facility and staff were excellent.
Hotel staff was most accommodating when I called to inform them of my late arrival and to request that my daughter, who would be arriving before me, be allowed to check in to one of the two rooms I had reserved. When I did arrive, there was no problem at all checking in. I found the facility clean and the staff most courteous and, again, accommodating. That was my first time in Frederick, MD. Should circumstances cause me to return, I would certainly seek accommodation at this facility.
