Good Workers

The area is close to Highway 101 but without all the freeway noise. My room was on the top floor, the farthest from the elevators, which I didn't mind as it resulted in extra steps for me. The room was nice and clean except for the bottom of the shower door; it needs a good scrubbing. I wish there was a restaurant in the hotel as there wasn't one nearby.

It was quiet, clean and great staff. Breakfast had a lot of choices. And in Salinas, I appreciated the locked garage.

First time in Hampton inn. All the Staffs are nice and kind. I am enjoying their breakfast now. Fresh and taste good!

Our room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was outstanding- had everything you could possibly want and a spacious area in which to dine.

The staff were nice, hotel felt safe, and parking was free. It has free continental breakfast and there is a Starbucks nearby. It's pet friendly and close to the freeway.

I love this hotel but this time around I was very disappointed. There was food in the fridge, probably from the person/people that stayed ther prior to us. The sheet smelled like cologne when we got into bed and it was only the section where it was folded by the pillows . I called the receptionist and she said it probably smelled like the detergent they use, i smelled another section and it didnt have same scent. We requested for another set of sheet and they said they weren't sure if they had another set that we should have a blanket and pillow in the closet. That set my kids were using on the pull out bed so then they were able to give a nother set of sheets and blanket. We felt very uncomfortable sleeping on a bed that sheets were not changed and to top it off i had to put clean sheet on it. We didn't make a big deal about it because it was already late and we were tiered from the travel.

The room was clean but had a weird smell. The room was also very poorly insulated, my family and I were woken up multiple times throughout the night by loud guest, freeway traffic and other random noises. The only great part of the stay was the breakfast bar in the morning.
