Nice!
The good: excellent room, clean, with a nice view and amenities like a mini fridge and posh shower. The hotel breakfast and coffee were also fantastic. The employees are very friendly and hospitable. Not so good: the A/C seemed to struggle a bit to cool the room and we turned it all the way down to 65. It is also difficult to make a left turn out of the hotel parking lot due to Boone traffic, so we had to turn right and turn left at a restaurant to drive toward ASU. It got even worse when nearby Watauga High School dismissed. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Everything was good, young lady who greeted me was wonderful and stayed that way even when the system crashed. Food at breakfast was awesome too.

I rated the individual scores pretty high, but a 3 overall due to the bed and pillows. My wife and could both feel the springs in the mattress and the pillows were small and flat.
