Young lady at desk checked us in. Very friendly extremely helpful. Unfortunately check in was delayed til 5:30 because the room was not ready. Several others did not have rooms available and were waiting in lobby area. Fold out couch bed had dirty sheets with hair all in them. Had to exchange immediately. Room carpet was dirty and room smelled very musty. AC worked great. Kids in pool late one night being extremely loud right outside our window for almost an hour from about 8:45-9:45pm. It was 40 degrees out that night. Furniture in room and lobby was very worn, dirty and past its life of use. Often no hot water at the coffee/tea station available to guests. At breakfast garbage was often piled up, tables messy, egg omelets were not even warm. Bathroom walls had smears of hand prints. Overall a very disappointing Hampton Inn. Staff was friendly, helpful but it seemed they are tremendously understaffed. Lots of hotels in Wesley Chapel we have stayed at 4 or 5 others and had much better accommodations in past. This Hampton inn is in desperate need of some updating, remodel and newer clean furniture and paint.

Clean, friendly, easy checkin and checkout. The room was comfortable. The common areas are a little tired but the cleanliness is more important to me personally and that was great.

I always book this hotel when my daughter and her family visits Wesley Chapel. There is never a problem and she says that the hotel is wonderful. This is not the case with every hotel in Wesley Chapel.

I canceled this date with Travelocity but the Hampton did not get the word and charged me for the stay even though I only stayed the following night 11/15/2024. Will contact Travelocity to straighten out the error.

I enjoyed the property, the only issue was that there were no handicapped rooms with a rolling shower as I had requested. The staff did ask if I wanted one the next day but that would have been more problematic trying to re-pack.
Other then that the staff was attentive respectful and the rooms were clean and comfortable

We had to call the front desk to clean the room, someone left her fake eyes stuck on the couch. The tables were dirty, the shower is rusted and old. The hallway ceilings were in need of TLC.
