Breakfast was good as was coffee.

Front desk employees were extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is under renovations which did not interfere with our stay.

Room was nice but no hot water. Staff moved us on second day, so that was good. Hotel being renovated so lobby is a mess and it is difficult to get in and out of hotel. It’s also noisy if you’re on the front side of the building. Staff was very nice and breakfast was fine, typical fare for hotels of this type. I would stay again after renovations are completed, but not now, October 2024.

The hotel should be closed during renovation. No hot water in the shower. No water pressure in the shower… just a dribble. Closets had no rod to hang clothing. The breakfast was the worst I have experienced at a Hilton property. The bench seating in the eating area was uncovered Styrofoam. There was no one wiping any of the tables. The view out of our window was disgusting. We had to stay two nights due to a wedding in town. Could not have been more disappointed.

Room had just been renovated and was basic but large, clean, and inviting. The hot breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. A good value and nice hotel.

There was no closet to put away our clothes so we were forced to put away formal clothing on the couch and the TV was not in working condition.

Check in person was very knowlegeable of dining selections and how to get there.

One of two elevators did not work. Had to remind front desk to have housekeeping come to our room. Parking spaces for handicap we’re blocked by a high lift, no chair in the room, pool and public restrooms were closed, tables in breakfast area needed folded napkins under the leg to keep from tipping. Mattresses, old and new, refrigerators, microwaves blocking the corridors. Shower floor is 3-4” above the bathroom tile floor causing me to slip and fall getting out of the shower, air conditioner ran constantly regardless of the thermostat setting. Sidewalks outside were dirty with construction and debri. Flower beds were full of what looked like paint dropping I have stayed in 100,s of rooms all over the world. Never ever have I written a bad review. But this WAS HORRIBLE. I paid over $1000 for us for four nights and my sister in another room for 2 nights. I was embarrassed and apologetic to her and her husband as they seldom travel and I certainly didn’t want her to think we were OK with your property.

The safe was awesome. Very attentive to our needs.
