Very nice stay.
Everything was very clean and pleasant. The only thing we thought was there was a hot tub in the pool room. It was on the website but no hot tub. Pool was nice.

Front desk employees were extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is under renovations which did not interfere with our stay.

The wonderful front desk person let us check in early (noon) with no extra charge. That was very nice of him. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Sink drain didn’t work properly but it was fixed. The water to very long to get warm. It never got hot. Overall nice stay and good value for the money.

From the moment we got there the staff was so friendly hand helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We got to breakfast at the end of their breakfast service and still helped us to make sure we had everything we wanted to eat. I would stay there again.

I am gold member of Expedia. First time giving my reviews since it was awful. My husband stayed two nights. The elevator was getting g polished at night with very strong pungent smell. It was so strong g that the room that my husband was in was intolerable. My husband complained and the manager was unable to do anything but said it is the higher management decision to do. When making reservations it was not mentioned that work will be taking place and this chemicals that was used had given headache to my husband. My reason of this complain is to make sure whenever such kind of work is taking place you should not book the rooms near by that will be affected. It was terrible 2 nights at the hotel.

This facility would like you to believe that you need to run both the sink and the shower at the same time for 30-45 mins in order to get hot water running. That is simply not true. If you run the water as instructed, there still was no hot water. And WHY would one even need to run and waste that much water in the first place??? The front desk staff was unprofessional as to the whole situation explaining there is no maintenance there at that hour. When asked if she could get me a taxi back to the airport, I was told we don't do that. WHAT? Take an Uber or Lyft. Wow!

Fire alarm 4 times during the night. Elevators broken had to use stairs. Worst hotel ever!!!
