Close to he Airport

Cheap, clean and so close to airport

I'm 50 years old, I've stayed in a lot of Motel 6's in my life. This was by far the absolute cleanest Motel 6 I've ever seen. Clean to a different degrer. There were refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms, nice flat screen TVs. Carpet was perfect, everything looked brand new. There was about a 1-in gap under the door that I didn't like, but I just put a towel in front of that. The showers could have had larger seats to sit down, there's a seat on either end and no bath. But some rooms may have a bath, I'm not sure. Otherwise this was just about the most perfect Motel 6 experience ever. It was just extremely pristine. I can't express the cleanliness of this place. Extremely impressed.

My son who lives in Texas checked in to the two rooms I booked. He was alone with his infant and his car got towed waiting for our flight which was delayed due to bad weather. After reaching out to the manager and multiple employees, we ended up paying over $100 to Uber (from the airport and to the tow company and $240 to release the vehicle. The sad thing is it was the manager that checked him in, witnessed him struggling with his baby and still had no compassion. It’s really sad that y’all capitalize on folks who have their guard down while on vacation. He got checked in, changed the baby and tried to settle her from there 5 hour drive to come back out go try get food and met the vehicle gone. It was a really poor experience which will be told to many. I’m certain y’all have working cameras, stop preying on the unsuspecting.
