hotel was great, but when I called to make a reservation I thought I had the front desk but it sent me to another line which was Reservations@lodging. I was over charged above and beyond the hotel pricing and I contacted reservations@lodging MANY times to complain and they said they would refund me $100 but never did. Bad business and a rip off. Buyer be ware!

hotel services were great, but when I called what I thought was the front desk for reservations it sent me to a third party and they tacked on extremely high fees and wasn't able to get a refund of the overcharge from the hotel nor the 3rd party. Even though I called the company and requested a refund they said they would refund me $100 but never did.
