Good reservation process and good location!
Reservation was so easily made and everything was ready for us.
Good location near other facilities such as shopping and food. Area was not noisy.
Disappointing
The front desk clerk was inexperienced with the knowledge of the rooms. The first problem was the Television wouldn't work and our bathroom door wouldn't close or lock for privacy.

The whole property needs cleaned up and maintenance. There’s broken gym equipment laying around, there’s ripped up carpet in half of the room with the ice machine, my room’s bathroom floor was full of hair behind the door and in the edges. It was disgusting. The beds were clean and comfortable and the area is quiet. It just needs some cleaning up and care. The owners had no pride in this hotel.

The only thing I would suggest is different mattress’s . I slept in a king bed and woke multiple times and had pain in different areas of my body due to the mattress feeling like I was laying on a stiff board. Room was clean and staff was pleasant and price was affordable.

They really need to start cleaning the top sheets in these hotel rooms and have the cleaning staff stop smokimg in the rooms as soon as they ebter them.

I stayed here with my dogs because it offered pet friendly rooms. The room was large, but well-worn. It also seemed a bit creepy to find a cigarette lighter and half smoked cigarette on the railing right outside my door. There wasn’t a safe area to walk the dogs, especially when I arrived after dark. Low budget room with low budget feel. Disinterested clerk at check-in, but a friendly clerk in the morning.

When you enter the room it smelled like mildew and cigarettes in a non smoking room. The heater/ac unit is filled with dust and debris. The 2 red stools are stained with god only knows what white fluid that was. The sheets were torn, blanket stained. On to the bathroom - mold everywhere, black mold on the ceiling, tile grout, drain was filled with hair. Hamd prints on mirrors, toilet paper was a half used roll already. Luckily walmart was across the stree and $150 later, cleaning supplies and linens to make the room. Tollerable at best. Will never return.
