We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Universals Loews Royal Pacific Resort. The pool area was amazing, like being on an island. The water taxi access was super convenient and the information provided about the parks was so helpful. The staff was so friendly, quick and efficient. I really can't say enough good things!
