The hotel itself was absolutely horrifying and very sketchy as we woke up to five sheriff and state trooper cars the rooms were very outdated and I'm pretty sure people live there that do drugs and live their full time and it was not safe the water park was decent.

I brought my drum and dance team to NY for a competition. After having car issues, I instructed a group of them to head that way. When I arrived the group was sitting in the lobby laughing and talking with no funny faces. Everyone was nice to the kids. The staff accommodated us when we needed assistance. All was good but the staff made this trip worth it!

First, we were sent to 3rd floor to a room that someone was already living in. Second, we were sent to the 2nd floor. Kids running up and down the halls, toys and trash up and down the hall, loud music coming from various rooms. The door to our room would not open. We were then send to the first floor which is the most quiet floor. The hotel doors in the back (door B) was left unlocked all night with no security. The guy at the front desk went in the elevator to the 5th floor and no one was covering the desk for a period of time. This hotel is dirty, not maintained well and it seems like they do not care about the people staying there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not good dirty and very unorganized. Desk clerk didn’t say anything to the kid skating very un professional.

They have roaches. On the first floor, for sure.

It was my worst night ever

Had to have our original room changed twice because the first room had the door wide open upon arrival and the second's lock did not work. The rooms REAK of cigarette smoke and we had to spray perfume on our clothes just to be able to breathe in the building. Saw bugs the instant we walked into the final room as well as human fluids and cigarette burns covering the sheets. Our other room had blood spattered around the room and the light switch turned on only the microwave. Management does not care and even seems fully aware of the problems.

Asked for a plug for the bath tub at 7 pm at 930 still no plug and they never he stopped to say what was going on. I have stayed at this hotel before and this is the worst service we have ever got will not go back

Rooms booking don’t come with water park tickets. Charging adults to watch there kids. Broken furniture and the toilets don’t flush well the room has the same furniture when they first open.I check for bed bugs and found Nothen . Took 3 times to find a room that would open the doors. Heard running down the hall all night long. Breakfast was cereal donuts and fruit. The milk taste like powder milk and orange juice was not juice. Front desk was nice but it’s not worth the up charge for the water parkish. No restaurant on site anymore and my room was next to the banquet room where they had a meeting of some sort so heard all that going on as well. I was here when this hotel first opened and it’s has went down hill since. This will be the last.
