The staff was friendly at check in. Our initial room smelled stong of cigarette smoke and we were ungraded to a larger room. Upon entry we noticed suspicious stains on furniture, busted bathroom door and handle, water damage, COCKROACHES, and 3 times staff walked into our room with out knocking at different hours of the day. Continental breakfast was a joke, the wifi and the phone didnt work at all. We had no choice but to stay but we were disgusted and uncomfortable.

Property is rundown and nothing like shown in pictures. Only one of four elevators worked, hallways smelled musty with old cigarette smoke added in.

Cockroaches in the room. Filthy rooms. Smelly Carpets. Front desk send someone to clean up the room, he didnt have vacuum cleaner. We reached here at 8:00 pm. We didnt have any choice, i looked around to get another hotel at that time, but all of them were full. I slept in my car instead, as the bedbegs in the room. Its a zero star hotel. Do not, do not, do not, do not stay here.

Mi habitación estaba sucia, olía mal, había basura en la alfombra y debajo de la cama, no avía papel de baño y las llaves del agua no servían, el personal nada amable, no volveré a reservar jamás en ese hotel, me dieron la peor habitación, horrible, mala experiencia.
