Charged for damaged to room.
I was charged a fee for possible damages to the room at the time I checked in. I ask if someone would go with me to the room so we could inspect the room to make sure there was no damage. I was told the cleaning service would have told us if there was damaged. So you can trust the cleaning service but not the guest. A guest who hasn’t even been in the room is charged. That is how I felt.

I need to give a shout out to Joya, Tiffany and Deandra at the front desk. Three amazing Drury Employees that go above and beyond. Thanks ladies, they are lucky to have you. The entire staff was very friendly. I will choose the Drury for the win every time if it is available.
