We thought the place could have been cleaner and someone used a key card to open our son in laws doo
We spoke to front desk and they did nothing to correct the situation.
Really enjoyed our stay.
Lovely room. Pierre at the front desk was the best!

Great location, friendly staff, very comfortable. My stay met my expectations.
Very Helpful
I'm a 67 year old women who has never booked a hotel or stayed n a hotel alone. We live in the country and I've not driven in Pittsburgh Pa alone. On 9/1/24 I had to drive my husband to the emergency room at Presby Hospital in Pittsburgh PA which is 2hrs away. I stayed in the ER overnight the first. After being told my husband would need surgery I knew I have get a room over night which turned in to 3nights. The first night I check in, this Country Bumkin was greeted by Pierre at the service desk. He spoke to me and was so nice. If I ever have to go to Presby Hospital again I most definitely go back to Hampton Inns.

After a 5 hour drive, we arrived well before check-in time. The receptionist, Misty, was very friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to “check-in” so I could leave my car parked in the parking lot while we waited for a room to become available. She even found us a room with double beds (which was not available when I originally booked through Expedia). Our room was very clean, the continental breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of items, and when I called down to the front desk for more towels and toilet paper they were immediately brought up to our room. I would definitely book to stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The choices of the breakfast were disappointing and also they were out of toothbrush at the reception. My husband forgot to pack one and we were expecting the hotel must have some for people who forgot to bring it. I think that was bad inventory control.

Great property, even though the outside looks sketchy and the breakfast was disappointing.

It was a lovely stay,. I suppose it was god if you wanted to make sure you were helping a patient at the hospital, but it was a difficult day to viset all of University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie, Mellon.
