Had my little diabetic service Dog with me and was told that he was not a service animal, why i dont know we found cockroaches in the room. Will never stay there again, i was repeatedly called a liar over my service Dog.

It was convenient, clean and affordable!

The perfect location for our needs. Plenty of very conveniently located restaurants. Management was very friendly and accommodating.

At check-in, was billed $50 against my card as a “deposit”. Full amount of stay also charged against my card. Still waiting for the deposit refund… Got into my room and settled down for the evening and some bozo with a race car would crank it up and let it idle for 10 minutes before leaving only to return in a few minutes. Did this a dozen times over a two day period…once this was accompanied by a woman screaming at the top of her lungs until he departed. Next morning of my stay renovation work began in earnest outside room…very loud scraping nonstop until after lunch. Mid afternoon work resumed outside my door with workers wiping down my HVAC unit with acetone (prep for paint?). I shooed them away and aired out my room. Housekeeping failed to service my room so I turned down the covers on the other bed to find a syringe under the covers. It appeared to be an unused one but needless to say I slept in the other bed. Later that night I was awoken to someone attempting to open my door. They claimed this was their room and they had just checked in. Truly a fleabag if there ever was. I recommend the OYO a block away if you must stay in this area. I don’t normally stay in this area and shall not ever again.

It was awful . From the bugs to the switching rooms 5 times.
