Access from I-70 is convenient. Check in was smooth. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

Needs a good old fashioned cleaning new flooring in rooms and halls. Desk chair BROKEN. When we ask for another said all were broken. My husband almost fell when he tried to sit in it. Never again

Upon Check-in, there were several kids screaming obnoxiously. They were there the entire weekend and appeared that at least one of them belonged to a member of the staff. In addition, my room smelled very strongly of chlorine and other chemicals despite being several rooms away from the pool. (the connected room did not smell the same)

They promised you non-smoking rooms but all their rooms smell like smoke. They don’t clean the rooms, I found a weed pipe in one of the rooms. There rooms have stink bugs. Microwave was dirty with food inside. Bed covers smelled like they haven been changed or washing in months. Over all experience was terrible and disappointing.

Had to wait 2 hours to get checked in and did not know about the 100$ deposit, TV didn’t get cable, bathroom fan didn’t work. Our friends room bathroom door wouldn’t shut

There was no one at the desk to check us in. A maintenance man had to hunt down someone. The person there was as unhelpful and told us to come back later.
