The overnight staff was extremely helpful. found a condom in the bed so it is less than clean as well as listening to kid's stomp on the floor above. The desk did try to help with the noise though, just irrelevant since it continued. Thank goodness I brought earplugs.

The pool was empty it looked like mold in the room. We were given keys to our first room and when went 4 stories up and walked in the room was striped and stuff was all over the floor so we went back down and given a different room on the bottom floor. It was not clean the fridge and microwave were disgusting the floor didn’t looked vacuumed and hair in the shower. I’ve stayed in so many hotels and this was the absolute most disgusting I honestly feel like it should be shut down and re done!
