Checkin and Checkout was quick and easy. The staff was very nice and helpful!

I thought every Comfort Inn were the same the breakfast was good as for the stay we were given a key to the first room we walked into the room it was a mess the bedding was all over the floor and still had trash in it so I went back to the front desk and let them know they gave me another room which that room had a broken fridge outdated furniture the bathtub was not clean the door to the bathroom would not close it was stuck open the TV didn’t work we called on that and they came and fixed it but after 10 minutes it went out again and as for the bed it leaned to one side so we slept in the middle of the bed so as you can see it was an adventurous night and as of right now I think Comfort Inn will be at the bottom of our list for now. I apologize because I really wanted to be somewhere nice to rest and relax because we just came from a funeral.

Accept the front desk staff, Ashley in particular. The property is in pretty bad shape. Needs major renovations. There should be security on site. Not at all a nice place to stay with the family.

The lady that checked us in was nice. At first glance, the rooms were clean. But the lock on the door didnt latch. It was insanely hot. Throughout the whole building. Im a tennesean who turned the ac on on december in michigan because it was so unbearbly hot. The breakfast room as miserably hot too. But the bathtub didnt drain and there was no hot water in the bathtub. The soap looked like it had been used and put back in the wrapper. The beds were hard and pillows looked like throw pillows. When we checked out, the front desk person told my daughter she couldn't have any water from the water dispenser that was set up. The breakfast was alot of pastries and some turkey sausage links and eggs. There was coffee but it was gross.

Great room for a $100 Jacuzzi suite & a lovely continental breakfast.

1st room they gave was freezing. Switch rooms and the Toilet stop working in the middle of GR night. Toilet bowl will not fill up with water to flush. Water took forever to get hot. Hot and cold water for sink were opposite. Was not a good experience.
