Only disappointment was the pool being out if service. I was told it was removed from the amenities section of the website, but when you have stayed there before this, you don't look at the AMENITIES. Shame on Choice Hotels for not putting it in LARGE BOLD LETTERS on the home page of the Fairmont location!

Our room at Quality Inn Fairmont was clean and quiet, nice bathroom and TV, and the heat was easy to regulate. The staff members were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel was lacking in certain areas: no elevator, no microwave in the room, minimal breakfast with no whole grain bread options. The worst part for us is that we were looking forward to using the hot tub only to find out on arrival that the pool and hot tub were out of service.

Poor Management!! Really no one in charge. All standing around, getting paid, eating breakfast, etc. We travel all the time! You can tell in two minutes if the place has someone in charge or not...this one is NOT.
Totally separate...curtains had rips large enough to pass a child through...easily.
