We've made several trips to Waverly and stayed elsewhere. We've decided to change our plans and stay here from now on! It's by far cleaner and nicer staff. Appreciated the smiles and kind words!

Checked in at 3:30am and told the gentleman at the front desk to give me a quiet room and that needed to get some sleep. 8am in the morning the alarm goes off in the room, then at 9:45am the front desk calls me to ask if I’m staying another night when my reservation was for two nights. The bottom line is there are better hotels in town, I highly recommend using one of them!

Have stayed here many times when we are in the Waverly area area. Staff is friendly, they serve a decent breakfast and rooms and area are clean very convenient shopping at Walmart, eating at Applebee’s, Taco Bell and grocery shopping.
