Breakfast great, people great, iron great, hair drier great; many great extras.

The purpose of our travel was to look for a house for friends relocating to the area. This hotel was the perfect base for our search. Very convient location, quiet, safe, very friendly and easy check-in. The beds were super comfortable and I can't say enough great things about the included breakfast! It had both hot and cold fresh options -- what a great way to start out our day. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights.

We had to call the front desk to get someone to come out and check us in, stained floor, hard bed, no breakfast meat, nasty runny eggs, out of waffle mix, juice machine out of order, hot tub and pool closed. Those are all of the reasons that we chose this hotel.

The hotel was exactly as expected. There was some need for maintenance as, for example, the furniture the TV was set on had a lower band of wood that was unaffixed and created a tripping hazard. However, I had originally booked through Expedia and only needed to stay Saturday rather than as booked on Friday and Saturday. I called the hotel on the Monday before, and advised I would not be using Friday but I wanted to stay Saturday. I was worried my reservation would be cancelled as a no show. I was assured this would not happen, and emailed with a new confirmation # that was supposed to reflect this arrangement. When I arrived on Saturday, my reservation had been cancelled. I had to wait about 20 minutes for this to be rectified with about 4 guests waiting behind me to check in.

A quick stay, great room that slept 5 comfortably. It took awhile to cool the room since the ac was left off. Breakfast was good too.

It was conveniently placed for what we needed. However, we found a bobby pin and a ink pen lying on the floor and made us doubt the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The breakfast was fine, but nothing really special.

Other rooms were very loud until late into the night (3am).
