Check-in was ok. In one room the stopper in the sink was broke and when brought to the attention of the reception, they seemed confused and didn’t know what to do with the information.
Prior to our stay I was trying to get ahold of the hotel to request some specifics, but every phone number I called I could not talk to anyone. Very, Very annoying!!
