Although Ebony made my stay pleasant, the conditions of the property were unacceptable. The A/C would not turn off, the bathroom light did not work, the sockets in my room did not work, the hallway to my room was smelly. If it wasn't for Ebony, I would have checked out much earlier. Excellent customer service, but very poor conditions.

I dont need much in a room. A comfortable non lumpy matterss. They failed. I do like hot water to make tea. They failed. THe "breakfast" was disappointing, THey failed The owner must have received funding for capital expendatures for lighting retrofit and carpet but that is where the improvements ended. FOr $120 a night I would expect more. FInd another property with better value.

I spoke with a customer representative and would like a refund. I had to find another hotel. The room smelled like smoke and cigarettes really bad. There were stains all over the floors. Wires were dangling from the wall, the elevator was full of shattered tile to name a few.
I ended up finding another room and would like a refund for Rodeway.

The whole place smelled of a combination of weed, feet, and dank mold. The elevator buttons were pushed in for the 2nd floor and the floors were shakey. The room furnishings were severely old and in disrepair. There were many roach sightings. The breakfast was inadequate and judging by the overall appearance and smell of the place i didnt want to chance eating the food they had for fear of dysentery and not sure i have had the correct shots.

The room was nasty no light in the bathroom in the hallway smoke of weed the elevator need to be fix the button broken the tiles on the elevator floor they're all loose i ask four my money back and they denied it

It was noisy overnight. People arguing and cussing. Towels dirty and stained. Room wasnt made the next day and dirty towell were mot replaced with clean ones. Will never stay there again.
