Nasty and sad.
The furniture, chair and beds were nasty. Hot tub did not work until it was time for us to leave. Was told that there was no handicap rooms available and we were given a room with a tub and when we asked for a handicap chair they didn’t have one. The furniture in the room was nasty. The mattress was dirty, bed linen was torn and stained. Received not Military discount or Senior citizen discount, even though it was requested. Charged over a months rent for three days for a nasty hotel room with no handicapped access at all is extremely unacceptable. I’ve also tried repeatedly to do the rewards member and it never seems to go through. Last.

Didnt see front desk clerk or staff hardly at all. Our room never got cleaned, asked for towels and put garbage out by door for staff. Water pressure kept going in and out.

Room was invested with lady bugs. Room was not cleaned. Room smelled. Would not stay there again. Front desk individual was very sweet. Bed was comfy but felt like I was in a dirty room.

Staff is very friendly, hotel is clean. I had called before placing my order on Expedia and was told to go ahead, place my order and then call back right away and they would book us away from the side of the hotel that faced the highway. But this did not happen and the first night was on the highway, but we moved and the second two nights were away from it. We appreciated that they were willing to move us for the last two nights, but now I know better, it is best to book directly with the hotel than on Expedia, or Hotels.com.......
