A good hotel!

We had a pleasant stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay at Hamburg location. Staff was awesome especially the night lady at the desk. Will stay here again!

Not fancy, but definitely quality for the price. Clean, quiet, easy on/off the highway.

Good and easy to get to

We had booked our room weeks in advance just to get a call the morning we were going to be checking in saying their room with the big soaking jet tub the jets stopped working last night. We could get that room with the non working jets for the price of a king or we could get a king suite. So we went with the non working jet tub for the king suite price. But however when we get to the hotel few hours after the call we get checked in an get given our keys get up to the second floor thinking it odd there would be a jet tub on the second floor but continued on just to find out they had given us the king suite even after of conversation few hours beforehand. Go down to the desk explain the entire situation just to sit in the entryway for an hour waiting on the owner to come down from upstairs to just issue us our refund in which we are waiting on you to submit to us now.
