The AC didn't work in the 3rd floor hallway. The card reader didn't work for our room so we waited in the hot hallway while the night manager tried to fix it. Finally just got a different room. The room was okay but the shower was not in good condition. The light by the beds flickered while we were trying to sleep. The night manager was very nice and did his best to help us out. Clearly the property needs some regular maintenance and upkeep.

Beds were clean and comfortable- it is just an older building and you can tell. Some stains/mold places.

Our stay was an over night on the way to our destination. The buliding was wore trash had not been collecet in the hall ways for severl days and smelled. Our room was clean if very worn. The staff were all very nice and efficient with great attitudes.

I reserved two queen beds, they gave me a one king bed room. I got it switched to a king suite, which meant my son (who had to play hoops all weekend) either had to sleep with me (he didn't) or sleep on the pullout couch. That's not fair. Wasn't offered a partial refund, either.
Also, they didn't have any towels both times I asked for them.
The staff was very nice and did the best they could, but it was frustrating for the price
