Pleasant and comfortable
Love how dog friendly the hotel and staff are. The room was perfect, clean good sized. We will return as we visit Roanoke often.
Comfortable and clean hotel
This was a great place to stay after a long week in a long drive from northern Virginia.
Stayed overnight in order to catch early flight
The staff were so attentive and nice. While we were gone on a cruise we left our car there for 11 days. At that time there was a major snow/ice storm. A young lady who picked us up at the airport even helped us clean our car off. We were given a discount to leave our car parked. The hotel was clean and nice. Everyone we encountered was super nice and helpful. We spent the nite of January 16th,2026.
Attentive service
The desk clerk, Megan, was exceptional. So was Cheri, the manager, who shuttled me to the airport in the absence of the regular driver.

The staff was excellent! The facility is aged - carpet stained, walls and doors dinghy and poor TV options (no ability to cast personal streaming). Breakfast was a C - focused on items that can be stored, nothing fresh. Coffee was good.
