Wonderful hotel and staff!
We had to rent a room because of the ice storm, we did not have power which was stressful but as soon as we got there, the kindness of the staff and nice rooms made us feel welcome. GREAT AT MAKING FOLKS FEEL WELCOME! I cannot put into words how much it helped us or how grateful we were to have their help!

My room was very dirty when I went in the toilet was dirty and the towels didn’t look clean the sheets had blood on them and our room window was broken and taped together. When I told the manager he said he can’t get anyone to clean right now or I can go and get a refund.

The bathroom was not clean there was dirt build up in the cracks. There was dust all over and the beds were very hard.
I also have never been charged a $50.00 fee that had to be charged to my card after I had already paid for the room and it didn’t go back on my card right away.

Very rude and unpleasant owner/employees. Hotel was full due to power outage but continually let breakfast items run empty (they would only put out 4 biscuits at a time). Room was clean and comfortable. However, the air conditioner/heater was very loud. Would only recommend if it’s your last option.

Shen we checked in and went to our room here was about a third of a roll of toilet tissue in the bath. The towel rack at the sink was broken and would not stay on the wall
The whole room smelled. There was a dirty wash cloth in the bath tub.
After the snow storm, the driveway, parking areas and the sidewalks had no snow removal. Still was the same when we check out on Monday. Personnel were hard to understand due to their nationally and poor understanding of the English language. I seriously doubt that I will stay there again.
