Hotel is very outdated. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms, the plumbing was coming out of the wall. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

I was in Gainesville for 1-night on business and stayed here because the price was reasonable.
The place has a run-down feel to the hotel. It needs a facelift. The worst was finding a roach under the covers in my bed. I would never stay here again.
