The shower had little pressure and the head was about to fall off.
The hotel needs a facelift. Bathrooms are old and is the shower.
It was good.
It was a good stay. Very clean rooms. Lots of room. Friendly staff. The only downfall was the pool and hot tub. Pool was so cloudy could barely see the bottom and the hot tub was filthy you could see dirty on the surface of the water and when I put the jets on the bubbles were turning brown in some areas. Honestly donβt know if I would stay again due to the pool area.
Nice comfortable beds.
Beds were very comfortable, Breakfast was very good and different each day.
Hotel and rooms were very clean!
Great Stay
The hotel is clean, staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are very spacious. The rooms are pet safe, which is a plus if traveling with dogs.

Price was reasonable, property well maintained, staff attentive and helpful. Even the breakfast was good. Would return.

for 30 years I have stayed at comfort inn they are all good but this was the best ponto.
Enjoyable Stay
We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Suites in Grayslake. Loved the location, very quiet. Absolutely loved the breakfast.
Highly recommend this hotel.
