We enjoyed our two night stay. My granddaughter used the pool and it was very clean.

The staff was friendly and allowed the eclipse travelers to hang out after check out.

It was convenient to the Sportsplex

Clean, comfortable room.... Temperature was perfect and the bed was very comfortable.

No pool towels. Pool water super cold. Staff unfriendly. No explanation for anything. Dirty. Outdated. Would not stay there ever again.

Great customer service

The gentlemen that were at the front desk the night of check-in and the next morning were both very polite, but the hotel room was really dirty. I’m talking French fries, someone’s used false eyelashes; ironically, cleaning supplies, etc under the beds — smashed bug guts on the comforter — gaps large enough in the trim and baseboards where you could see bugs and their larva. If it wasn’t already 9:30 when we got there and I had an exhausted nine year old with me, I would have asked to cancel my room, or at least switch rooms. Luckily, there was extra bedding in the closet that was clean. For a hotel that is over $100/night on this site on a Sunday night with hardly any guests, I expect much better. To be fair, I didn’t complain because as I said, we were exhausted and it seemed like they were short staffed. On the plus side, the room was very spacious with nice amenities: fridge, microwave, separate lounging space. The bathroom was fairly gross as well with a lot of wear and tear to it. A serious pest remediation and remodel would do wonders. We didn’t have enough time to use the pool, and with the condition of the room, don’t think we would have anyhow.

It was a convenient stop. The lights on the desk and beside the Sofa did not work. The main light by the bed on left side as you stood at foot of bed facing the head of bed made loud pop and then flickered off and on.

Started sneezing immediately after arriving. Air/heat unit had bug droppings on it and husband checked filter and was NASTY! Missing light bulb in lamp, fridge didn't get cold, and no soap in bathroom next to breakfast area.
