CAREFUL NOT TO BOOK A SMOKING ROOM. We somehow accidentally booked a smoking room and it was horrible. We got no refund. Staff was snarky about it.

I cancelled my reservation well in advance and they would NOT return my money. When I called, they transfered my call to a timeshare presentation. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Bad attitudes.

This place should be shut down crack dealers in the parking lots. Rooms have no soap shampoo conditioner lotion etc. Do not feel safe at this location

Don’t stay here!! Dirt and grime and other peoples hair in every corner. Mold in the bathroom corners. Plaster to attempt to cover up old holes. Didn’t even feel clean enough to take a shower. And here’s the kicker…cockroaches :’) my friend had a cover open and two hours later went to take a sip and spat out a cockroach!! Several baby roaches found after around the room…service was very friendly but not enough to make up for the yuck
