Do not look at the reviews and think this place will be fine. First, we booked a non smoking room. Upon arrival, the front desk manager stated that he was out of non smoking rooms but assured us the rooms would be okay. When we opened the door to the room the smell was awful. I don't think a smoker could have slept in it. We had a double bed room and both comforters had so many cigarette burns completely through the material. The toilet seat even had cigarette burns on it. My family didn't even unpack and we went back to the front desk manager and requested a refund since we did not book a smoking room and my wife and three kids couldn't sleep in it. He stated that there was nothing he could do and so we left and luckily found another room for the stay.

In rm 200 they need to do plumbing work in the front sink IT LEAKS ON THE FLOOR

I booked a NON smoking king bed here & when I get there she said I booked a king smoking. I showed the confirmation clearly showing I booked non smoking. She then said they didn’t have any nonsmoking kings, but the parking lot was empty….. so she put in a full size bed…. Not a queen.. a Full size. I’m very tall! The beds also had the box spring in the mattress. It was so uncomfy, felt like I was just sleeping on springs. I let before the 2nd night. I find this scam to be weird. What’s the point of not giving me a big bed on an empty night? It was horrific. No comfort at all.

This was a disgrace to be a public business. We stayed one night and checked out. There was poor management because there was sex and drug dealers in action. The room was dirty and our king size bed only had 3 small pillows. The manager refused to reimburse my money that I had paid for the 3 days we did not stay. Please check into this and get my money!! Easy to find and conveniently located. Very nice people at checkin and she made sure we were happy with the room and tried her best to make it so we didn’t have far to walk to our room.

Excellent place to stay for a quiet clean comfortable night with a continental breakfast. Will be back on future trips.
