Zero Stars....We had reserved a smoke free room but when we arrived the room stank of tobacco smoke and was dirty. I asked for another room and got an eye roll from the woman running the front desk. She said something like I don’t know what to tell you , it’s a non smoking room. The next room they gave me smelled even worse and was filthy. It had dirty footprints on the sheets like someone has been walking on them with dirty feet. We decided to leave and we’re treated rudely and not given a refund. Don’t stay here. You’d be better off sleeping in a alley somewhere.
