People at desk friendly good local.
Needs to be cleaned, burn holes everywhere from tub to bed, dusty rugs clean but need vac. Great place for a nite but wouldn't want a week there. Tough review good and bad. Hot water perfect but hair on my pillow and shaving cream on my mirror. Once again. On a jam ok. Overpriced but location is everything and people who run it are nice.

It looked like the bathroom had not been cleaned in months. It was disgusting. There was dirt on top of the bed. It was a non-smoking room but it smelled like straight up cigarettes. There was dust on the desk and night stand and dirty finger prints on the walls and bathroom door. I think it was a dirty plant pot that was on the counter too. I only needed a room for the night and it would have been a convenient stay, but I just couldn’t bring myself to even stay for an hour. The staff was very nice and the guy at the desk did try to accommodate me by getting me a new room but I was already skeeved out.

You get what you pay for, very little. There was no light in the bedroom. There were no drinking cups anywhere, « Breakfast » was coffee, bagels, and some juice. Despite paying in advance for two nights, the staff maid entered the room in my absence and saw that I had left a key copy in the room but no clothes or suitcase (I had taken them with to avoid possible theft). She assumed I had checked out and her bosses apparently didn’t verify. I dîd leave my shaving/toiletry kit in the bathroom. I returned that evening. The electronic key had been cancelled. I got a new one from the desk. Once entering the room, I saw that the toiletry kit was missing and the bed made. I returned to the reception for an explanation and lost and found. The man at the desk did not understand my English. Finally, an older man appeared, and he seemed to understand me. He said I had checked out, at the least maid had said do. I told him, that I had checked in for two nights, and prepaid as well. As for the toiletry kit, he opened up the maid’s room and searched the trash bag. There it was, intact. No explanation, no apology. Poor service, poor maintenance. A welfare motel as well. Noise all night. Thin walls and ceiling.

My room smell like you’re in the walls were horrendously dirty. The floor was dirty, and I had cockroaches in the bureau. I asked for a refund and the gentleman at the desk told me I can go ahead and call corporate. He wasn’t doing it, even though there was cockroaches all over the room.

The staff had nothing but a smoking room left even though we had booked a non smoking. The room cleanliness was awful. Cigarette burns on the furniture and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The hotel looked to be old and was in need of a major upgrade.
