Decent hotel ,overall satisfied.no carpet in rooms is the biggest upside!

Clean, Roomy & Convenient.
As you enter it smells nice and welcoming, conveniently located, beds were very comfortable. Loved the shower space and pressure and I’m 6’4”.
Very Good Rooms, Staff & Breakfast
This is our second visit to Casco Bay. We found the rooms, staff and breakfast to be very good.
Nice hotel, long term parking and airport shuttle.
Clean and convenient hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Being able to park your car while on vacation and the shuttle service to the airport are great amenities. I like the location near restaurants and the mall and close to the airport. We will definitely stay again.
Very Clean Hotel & Dog Friendly
First of all I stay here with some regularity and will continue to do so. The staff is lovely. ALL the staff you run into say hello (which is nice) and the hotel and guest rooms are immaculate. Very nice. I will certainly continue to stay here, it's a good value and I appreciate the cleanliness. This is also a dog friendly hotel. I have not stayed here with my dog (yet) but I can tell you that I am very fussy about dog friendly accommodations and I would not hesitate to stay here with my beloved dog.
Very Comfy & Friendly Place
The front desk person during our stay was absolutely wonderful; we had several questions and concerns related to whether we would stay another day and other matters and she was patient, well informed and super nice. The property was clean, modern and nicely decorated for Christmas. There was a bookcase of books to be borrowed in the lobby that felt very homey. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room had a large walk-in shower and very comfortable beds. We brought our dog and it worked out great.

Convenient to all the shops BUT for a new hotel it was in very bad condition. Scratches, dents and chips in the paint all throughout the building. The shower was not clean. Our room was right next to the condenser for the heat and it was extremely loud 24/7.

Fromm the outside looked fine. Inside, lights ihn the hallway were broken or missing bulbs. In our room, paint was peeling in big chunks in the shower area, and in other parts on the wall, paint was sliding down the wall...like it had water behind it at some point. A breakfast was served from 6:30-9:30. The eggs were very cold!
