Great place to stay. Easy access to I-81, comfortable newly renovated room, tasty breakfast and friendly, kind staff.

Room was neat and clean parking lot was icey.

Nice hotel with outside entry and I could park right outside the door to my room.

When we travel up down the road we will definitely stop at this motel. Nice location, nice people, very very clean. Good TV channels.

Fake pictures. Place is more like a motel. Outside doors etc. should get a refund

From the second you pull in you know you made a mistake. I literally drove the second half of my 10 hour drive rather than staying here. I booked on hotels.com and the pictures are completely fake. The lobby looked NOTHING like the images. The room didnt have what was pictured. Theres a little indoor area you had to walk through to get from the front to the back and there was just someone in there staring at people. The inside of my door looked like someone had taken a hammer to it and the outside looked like it had been tagged and painted over. We walked in and walked right out. Theres a reason they dont allow cancelations. The guy at the front desk was nice, didnt sound surprised at all when we said we were leaving. They have a drag and drop response for bad reviews. Saying you updated all of these things in no way reflects issues like the lobby photo being so edited we had to try to look for matching items to think it was the same place. Or that the door showed visible signs that people had tried to break in before. Or the substance abuse visible in the parking lot. Its good you are updating. But until it is updated the photos you use should in some way accurately portray the space. Between that, incidentals when that are higher than the standard, and the refusal to answer hotels.com when they called about my issues, its obvious you make money off people booking a room they think will be a good value and then leaving

Small room, poor continental breakfast.

old & dilapidated facility. Breakfast was horrible.

You should renovate stairs access.

Stay was good. Beds a little soft for our liking. Otherwise was good
