The lady at the desk in the morning went out of her way to change our room to a downstairs room (sorry didn't get her name). Good customer service!
If you want convenience and quiet, this is the place!
Staff was very friendly and quick to satisfy our needs. While it is located on a major highway and a fair distance from I-95, the traffic noise is hardly noticeable.
