Very disappointed with this Choice Hotel.
We expected much more from this Quality Inn and Choice Hotels. The cleanliness and condition of the room was very poor. The floors were new and the bed was comfy, but overall the room was very dated. The ceiling was dirty, the paint was peeling, the toilet paper dispenser was rusted. It leaves us very cautious to stay with Quality Inn again.

Staff was very friendly and worked with us to do an early arrival.

I reserved a non-smoking room well in advance… got there to check in, and the only thing they had was a smoking room. This room was absolutely disgusting, was dirty, smelled bad of course, and the lady at the front counter couldn't give two craps about it.
I couldn't get the air system to work properly and the ceiling fan didn't work ...so I spent the night in a nasty smelling room with no air circulation.

Checked in hr early....got room with no frig, no micro, hard beds.....talked to mnmgt and got better room....more comfy...no parking in front of hotel...just 4 spots by rooms....to much landscaping, not enough parking in front.....

The room was dirty. There were nail clippings left beside the bed, the sheets seemed like they were not clean, and there was hair in the shower floor.
