Hotel was fairly clean, was patched damage it the room and bathroom that didn't even get painted. We lost the TV at 11:30 pm and couldn't watch it anymore so was forced to go to bed. Pillows were really small and went flat. People outside were pretty loud threw out the night.

The pool steps have a huge spot of broken concrete. So dangerous. The door to our room was broke so we had to swipe the card, pull the handle and kick the bottom door then it would open. We paid for a room with a jacuzzi tub In the room and didn’t get it. They were all sold out. Hot tub needed a lot more water in it. Do not go by the pictures of the room you want to pay for. You won’t get it. Staff was friendly. No towels in the pool, hot tub area. The hotel staff brought us 2. We did not eat the breakfast. Was kind of afraid to after my husband seen the ice bin.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. This hotel was gross. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even though we had requested a non smoking room. The bed sheets were dirty and the carpet had not been cleaned. Absolutely disgusting. We left about 10 minutes after entering the room. We did not stay here.

Room had been flooded, couldnt close bathroom door bottom all rotten, smelled very mildew, not clean, coffee maker & coffee packets were not made for each other. Not a nice place

Asked for towels never got them. Asked again never got them. Finally the next night went back to ask for towels for 4 of us was given 2 rags and 2 towels. Guess there thought we should share
