Jessica at the front desk was amazing. She was customer focused and made us feel like valued customers. The 1st room we were in had an A/C problem. When I went to ask about it, she apologized, made a note for the maintenance folks and gave us another room. The whole experience was a good one.

Excellent Customer Service!
Mary checked us in at the front desk and immediately made us feel welcome. This is rarely found while traveling and to have such a genuinely kind and knowledgeable staff person greet us was so nice. Mary was able to secure a handicapped, ground floor room immediately at a lesser rate than expected. She had a great sense of humor and gave us tips on what to see and eating establishments. Her performance on the job is so commendable and should not go unnoticed by her superiors. Please see that Mary gets some gold stars and 10 blue ribbons.

They charge a $100 deposit to your card that is not mentioned online. The sign in the lobby said this deposit was only collected for locals. We are from 4 hours away and we were still charged the deposit. We had 2 rooms and they charged this for each room.

I'm short - it's ok, but we wouldn't stay there unless were no other options. I think my husband would have preferred to sleep in the car. I really struggled to pick between 2 or 3 stars. The hotel was very inexpensive and allowed dogs, so that was great. The gal at checking was nice, but the computer system was giving her a hard time. Check in with a reservation took 15 or 20 minutes. The room smelled very stuffy and like it was an old smoking room that hadn't had the carpets cleaned. That was a big turnoff for us. The fridge worked, but was so noisy we had to unplug it. The breakfast was there, but if you're healh conscious, there really wasn't much of anything there for you. Again, low cost, and I understand that, but overall, the room smelling really bad was a huge turnoff. We checked in at 10 pm and really got the impression another room would be the same, so we didn't ask to change rooms.

I was very pleased with our serivce. The staff was very polite. My only complaint is that no access to washer n dryer . I had got my only pair of shoes soaking wet. Also there was no way for the front desk to get towels, in the pool area as well

The unique thing about this hotel was the pool. Was indoor/outdoor. You swam through a wall for the outdoor portion. The hit tub wasn't working while we were there, but you could still sit in the hot water. When you book through orbitz though, it confuses the front desk and they may try and make ya pay for rhe room again. But just ahow them your receipt. There is a 100 dollar deposit. You get it back the day you checkout though as long as theres no damages and nothing is missing. Was a very relaxing stay though
