I booked online. Whe I arrived I asked that I be credited for my Choice reward points. The desk agent told me I could not get the points because I booked with some company online. I went to the specific hotel online and booked on that site. It's not my fault you use 3rd party companies to take bookings. I would like my points!

Yes, the breakfast was good. It was a full buffet, which is why we chose this hotel. The room is clean. Staff was good. Parking was safe safe.
